Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your Seamless purchase. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery

  • Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging

  • For hygiene reasons, intimate apparel must be tried on over underwear

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is defective or incorrect
